How Mickleover Services Ltd handles the information you give us.

Who we are

Mickleover Services Ltd, 59 Trent Way, Derby, DE3 0AF. Company number 13967673. We are the data controller for information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you complete the contact form we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. We collect this only because you have chosen to send it to us.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and where you become a customer, to arrange and record the work we carry out for you. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted once they are clearly no longer live. Customer records, including test certificates, are retained for as long as needed to meet our legal and contractual obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on 07817 232 321 or through the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Optional analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics only if you choose to allow optional analytics. It helps us understand visits to our pages, use of our quote buttons, clicks on our telephone links and successful online enquiry submissions. Our website tracking code does not send your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry message or other contact-form contents to Google Analytics.

Analytics remains off until you allow it. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you using the website or requesting a quote. If allowed, Google Analytics can receive technical information about your device/browser and the pages visited, and use analytics cookies to recognise visits. Our site configures those cookies to expire after 180 days, with that period refreshed by subsequent use. Your analytics choice is stored on your device for up to 180 days.

You can change your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the website footer. Withdrawing permission stops our analytics tracking and removes its first-party Google Analytics cookies from your device. Google processes the information under its applicable terms and privacy policy, which can involve processing outside the UK. See Google's privacy policy and Google Analytics privacy information.
